KSOU — MBA information system certificate not issuing

I completed my correspondence MBA (Information System) from KSOU in 2011 and have been awaiting my degree certificate ever since. My enrolment number is 911FMB0003. I've made multiple approaches to my study centre, but I haven't gotten accurate information. Over the past 13th years, I have contacted KSOOU numerous times, but no one has answered. I humbly ask that my MBA degree certificate be issued because I desperately need it.
