We travelled from tirupathi to mysore at 9:30 pm bus from tirupathi in iravath.. We booked the tickets especially in iravath club class so that its pushback and have ac facility. Ac have been switched off, , , I don't know the exact reason and the driver is saying that it will break down automatically..strange answer and the pushback for seat no:13 is not working properly... Very disappointed with the service... Conductor responds rudely even if we ask...

Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] Customer Care's response Sir, As per concerned depot authority reply, A/c working at time Of vehicle Departure from depot. After vehicle arrival to depot once again checked this route vehicle found the a/c working in good condition. But seat no 13 having push back problem.
