[Resolved] KSRTC — Amount debited in spite of failed booking | |||
I made a Mangalore-Bangalore-Mangalore booking on the KSRTC website. An amount of Rs. 2567/- was debited from my account and I got a message in the end saying that the booking had failed. I sent an email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and I still havent got a reply. My KSRTC OB Number is OB14696871. Kindly look into the matter. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||

Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
