[Resolved] KSRTC — Amount deducted but tickets not confirmed and not refunded | |||
Dear Sir, I tried to book 2 tickets from (Pond cherry to Bangalore) on 10th April 2015 from mobile service, my amount got deducted 783rs from ac but it is not refunded from last 23 days. There is a huge negligence in your service no one responding if i call your land line numbers ([protected]/[protected]). I have mailed to refund.org section but no positive response) This is very bad service from ksrtc, making public in trouble with your technology. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 283,[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
