[Resolved] KSRTC — Amount not refunded for a cancelled service even after 6 months

I've booked a ticket to PUDUKOTAI on 21/09/2014 which was cancelled by KSRTC as the service was cancelled on that day due to the tension on Jayalalitha case verdict. But I didn't received the refund amount into my bank account. Please find below the ticket details Transaction Date : 21/09/2014 PNR Number : J45550124 KSRTC OB No. :OB13165297 Journey Date:27/09/2014 As per my KSRTC online portal, below is the cancellation details. Cancellation Date: 27/09/2014 Refund Amount: ₹ 410.00 I sent a mail to them on 10/11/2014 and even after so many follow ups, the money is not refunded and also no information on refund was given to me. It has been 6 months since I raised this issue to them I'm thinking of contacting the consumer court for further steps.
