[Resolved]  KSRTC — Bad seat

I booked a ticket from banglore to palakkad KSRTC Bus: PNR:J50183455, Journey Date:08/05/2015, Trip Code:2141BNGPGT, Bus Number:KA-8068, Depot:BENGALURU -4, Crew Mobile No.:[protected]. My seat was not able to push back . Since they failed to provide the mentioned facilities I need the money back.
