[Resolved] KSRTC — Bus cancelled: Need refund | |||
I had booked ticket from Mantralayam to Hubli details are as given below. PNR Number : H45340272 Date of Journey : 02/10/2014 Trip Code :2015MNTHBL We had waited till 21:00hr on journey date later after the enquiry got to know the this bus has been cancelled and there is schedule at this time.I tried many time to contact KSRTC conatct number given in the ticket but there was no respond. I did not even get any bus cancelled notification nor ticket ammount refund. I have booked this ticket on 09/09/2014 and ticket was confirmed Total Fare :712.00 was paid. Your ticket is cancelled with 100% refund and you will get refund within seven to ten working days.
If refund is not received within seven days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days (between[protected] hrs on Monday-Fridays and[protected] hrs on Saturdays) quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
