[Resolved] KSRTC — Bus not stopped though the ticket booked

Dear Sir, I have booked ticket in Honnavar Bus stand .This ticket from Gerasoppa To Bangalore. The Bus scheduled at 9pm on date[protected].I was there at KPC Bus stand from 8.25 pm till 11.45pm that day. Several time I has called to Honnavar bus stand but no one responded.IT is like Cheating and waisting my precious time. These people are taking things lightly. In this case if private bus will call and take the customer with prompt service. My ticket Number is[protected] on[protected]. The bus is from Gokarna to Bangalore and Seat number is 9. Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] Customer Care's response Dear Sir, We are in receipt of your complaint and your complaint has been examined. This is to inform you that 1830GKNBNG service has operated on 06/04/2015. Passenger should board from the same place what they had selected. You had not been travelled from Honnavar bus stand on that day as informed by concerned depot authority. Hence, we are unable to admit your request for refund of journey fare. Regards, Awatar Support
