[Resolved] KSRTC — Bus Postponed just 2 hours before travel | |||
KSRTC guys have sent a message just 2 hours before the travel that bus time is postponed, I need to catch an event at the destination point, I tried calling the KSRTC customer care its keep on saying busy. This is totally in acceptable. They should have called me and give which bus I can go along instead they decide by themselves. I really frustated with these guys. J48255477 is cancelled with 50% refund. This is to inform you that difference amount of Rs.420/- will be refunded separately within next 7 days. We have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for making refund.
If refund is not received within 10 days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (Other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.

I had to cancel the ticket and I booked another one, I did not get full refund though mistake was from KSRTC guys. This is totally unfair. I wanted to take strong againest it.
