[Resolved] KSRTC — Cancellation of ticket | |||
I have booked a ticket for my father from Hyderabad to Bellary today 7Nov2014. Unfortunately he forgot to carry the ID card. The driver behavior was bit rude and he didn't allow him to board the bus. I couldn't cancel the bus ticket and could not board the bus. I had to buy a new ticket for getting in to the bus. I have been travelling(Bangalore to Hyderabad) with KSRTC since last 7 years and never had this kind of experience. Definitely I will change my mind now to travel with KSRTC anymore. I am not sure, how to take it up with KSRTC and get my money back. Here are my ticket details PNR: H46503417, Bus Number KA34F 1231. Was this information helpful? | |||
