[Resolved] KSRTC — CONDUCTORS MISBEHAVIOUR | |||
I booked a seat in your bus bearing no: KA 0954639 which goes from Bangalore to kannur on 17/01/2015 at 11.00 pm from satellite bus stand. According to the booking the seat allotted for me is seat no-3 as per the request made I was occupying the said seat immediately the conductor who was in charge of the bus created an issue by stating that the said seat is allotted to him and no one has the right to site there. When I show the ticket to the conductor as the said seat was allotted to me as per request with out listening to that he kept his belongings(Blankets) in the said seat and compel me to occupy some other seat. Since I am undergoing a treatment for my knee I have to keep my leg straight. So at the time of booking I prefer the said seat for my convenience. Since the said seat was allotted for me as per my request. So it is the duty of the person who is in charge of the bus to permit me to occupy the said seat.If the said seat is allotted to the conductor who is in charge of the bus the same seat should not be allotted to any of the passenger. Since I am a usual customer I used to go up and down from Kerala to Karnataka . I face the said difficulty two times earlier also.So I request you to enquire the same and do the needful.
