[Resolved] KSRTC — Didn't get the refund `from KSRTC | |||
Hi, To cancel KSRTC ticket I had called up customer care number[protected] multiple times, but no one picked up the call. I could not able to travel, because I met with an accident. When I got message from KSRTC about the drivers number they had told that its too late to cancel the ticket. Now I lost my money. I request KSRTC to refund my about. My PNR number is J50817597. My name is Mithu Kurian and Travel date was 05/06/2015. Website was also not functional during that time. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jun 09, 2015 Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] Customer Care's response Sir,
All e-tickets have to be cancelled through user log-in only.
Cancellations are allowed prior to 2 hours before departure. If ticket cannot be cancelled, cancellation request will be registered through user log-in before two hrs of the departure.
Email requests for cancellation are not considered. Further, as per KSRTC rules, no refund is allowed for not travelling or not cancelling the ticket.
At this point we are unable to admit your request for refund.
