[Resolved] KSRTC — Half Ticket to child issued but seat not provided | |||
With my family I was travelling from Udupi to Mysore on 10.10.14 in Non Ac Sleeper departed at 21.00 hrs from Udupi. PNR No. J[protected]Bus No. KA-19F2979). We have not booked a ticket for our child, but in the bus, conducter insisted to book a half ticket for the child. I requested him to provide a seat for the half ticket. The conducted replied that if the seat is required you ask your child to get down. He then has issued a half ticket for Rs. 396/- (Ticket No. 033720 dt. 10.10.14 issued at 21.09.30 Hrs.) But later when the bus reached to Mangalore, I heard the conducter was telling 1 seat is available with some customer. My question is if 1 seat is available why he has not given that seat to my half ticket? Request to clarify my point. Was this information helpful? | |||
