[Resolved] KSRTC — KSRTC:: Failed transaction! Refund not received even after 12 days!! | |||
I have tried to book a ticket for two on KSRTC for AIRAVAT service from Nellore to Bangalore on December 10th, 2014. After the bank transaction, ticket booking was failed and money deducted from the account. Transaction ref no is as follows: KSRTC Online Transaction Reference No.:OB14004969 Ticket fare deducted : Rs.1845/- I have tried all the following phone numbers: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] But still i didn't get any help. And also it is not showing the transaction on transaction history page (which was shown on transaction date I think they are looting people in this manner as I found lot of complaints on this KSRTC ticket booking issue. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
