[Resolved] KSRTC — Misleading and irresponsible Service | |||||
PNR Number J54135712 SERVICE 1900MYSHYD FROM Mysuru for journey date 29/11/2015 Received cancellation of service message on 26/11/2015 and subsequently on 27.11/2015 received a message and mail for reintroduction of service. 2. But on arriving at Mysuru Bus stand, to my surprise the above mentioned bus is not available. 3. The money has also not been refunded. 4. I have to make alternate arrangements to complete my journey. You have mislead the passenger twice once cancelling message and another re-intorudction message and you have provided neither the service nor the money refund. On hearing your cancellation message, I booked wait listed ticket in train. On getting reintroduction of service message, I had cancelled the ticket and lost money. 5. there is information in Mysore Bus stand for such mess from KSRTC side. 6. We are in receipt of your mail. This is to inform you that we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for making refund of Rs 200/- on 05/12/2015.
If refund is not received within seven days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 283,[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC PNR no. or OB reference no.

Your ticket is cancelled and we have refunded the same (Rs.1098/-) to MONE account on 05/12/15. MONE will arrange refund to you through your bank account.
MONE is requested to arrange refund to passenger.
