[Resolved] KSRTC — Money debited but seat not booked and not refunded

I booked ticket on 09/10/2015 and my money got debitted but seat was not booked. Still today i didnt receive my money. When I called customer call they are either not receiving my call or attending and not responding. This is so pathetic for a customer care to function in this irresponsible way instead of listening to customers complaint.
