[Resolved] KSRTC — No response from KSRTC for refund for more than 1 month | |||
I tried booking one ticket on ksrtc on 17/12/2014. The transaction got failed and didn't get the ticket. But money debited from my account. I sent mail to ksrtc with the details and got reply saying it will be credited in seven working days. Its now more than a month. I tried calling many times, most of the time it will get connected and nobody will pickup in the office( money will be deducted from the mobile as well) . Even if some one pickup, they will cut the call if we says in English. Today Also i gave a call, and one lady asked me to fwd the OB ref number to here mobile. After that ther is no response and she is not picking the call as well. I was using ksrtc for the last 4 yrs and and I dont want to use it again if the behavior is like this. Kindly help is possible. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.

But not credited yet ...
What should be the next step ???
