[Resolved] KSRTC — Non refund of Rs.1346/- and not attending calls and mails by KSRTC | |||
The KSRTC has not refunded my Rs. 1346/- for failed transaction OB 78017 OB78799 DATED 17.12.2014 till today(9.4.2015). There is no response to the e-mails. No one is attending the telephone[protected] and[protected].. If called to KSRTC customer care No[protected] they play a recorded all the staff is busy please wait. This simply repeat and no one attend call and the bill for the caller simply increases. This shows how well the KSRTC serve the people. Was this information helpful? | |||

Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 283,[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
