[Resolved] KSRTC — Not received refund for failed transaction | |||
I tried to book a return ticket from Mangalore to Bangalore and return today and the amount is deducted from my bank account but the ticket did not get confirmed. Can you please refund the amount deducted as this was a failed transaction OB Number: OB13358778 Transaction date : 6th October 2014 I have written numerous emails to [protected]@ksrtc.org, but not a single reply to any of those emails.
