16 Feb. 2015Sir/Madam, Today AM, 16th Feb. 15 one of your bus (KA 19 F3100) was changing lines without any signal. This is due to poor training to driver about safety and the failure of KSRTC management. Also, putting others at risk!! The above is for your info. and necessary action.
