[Resolved] KSRTC — Not treating passengers in proper way. | |||||
I have Traveled from Tirupathi - Bangalore on 22nd of October in the service number/Bus number KA8255. I have received a message 30 mins before arrival, but in the message the bus number is KA8257. Then one of the KSRTC bus arrived in the platform. I have asked conductor if this is the right bus for Bangalore. And to my surprise he is shouting and not at all listening to my words. Mentioned him ill complain on this. This is very bad experience i had and i dont think no one needs it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
