KSRTC — Online Refund | |||
I booked my ticket more than a week back and it was a failed transaction. OB13053917 I sent a mail and there was no reply. Then when I called they told it will take 3 days and it has still not been credited. Whenever I call the line is busy or it is connected/diverted to some one who never picks up. Or else the person speaks rudely. The staff need to be taught how to speak to customers. We lose money in a few minutes but it takes more than a week to refund it. So we are also angry and we can also lose our temper. The money needs to be refunded as soon as possible. Very unprofessional behaviour from the KSRTC people. Please refund the money soon.
