Ksrtc Pala — delay in bus time

There was inadequate delay of more than 20 minutes for ksrtc fb, pala to vyttila hub bus, on 22/1/2017, 4am, kl-15-a-467. The bus was supposed to get start by 4am but the authorities delayed it for more than 20minutes without any notice. As most of the passengers in the bus were travelling long route and no other direct bus to the same place was available in that time, this unexpected delay causes us heavily. Please ensure the avoidance of such instances in future.
