[Resolved] KSRTC — refund amount after taking another ticket | |||
Hi There I have reserved a ticket PNR number J45524959. This is on my father's name Koteswara rao. my father is not be able to travel and I went on travel, Though I have shown my ID Proof and my Father's ID Proof bus conductor did not allow me to travel on this ticket. Instead I have taken new one as directed by bus conductor, have to applause for his sincerity. As well he told me to send the both tickets and the ID proof of the my father along with it. And he told that I will get refund of money. I have sent mail and did call to ksrtc customer care till now no response. its almost more than 10 days. Was this information helpful? | |||

Ticket is booked in the name of koteswara rao. He only should travel for this ticket.
Change in name/person is not allowed.
Hence we are unable to admit your request for refund of journey fare.

Your ticket is cancelled with 50% refund on 14/11/2014 and you will get refund within seven-ten working days.
If refund is not received within seven days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
