[Resolved] KSRTC — Refund Amount not credited - PNR Number : J50156061 | |||
on 7th May'15, we cancelled the KSRTC booking, but the refund is still not provided. I am calling the the KSRTC number[protected] Ext 283 daily since then. No one answers the phone and many times they receive & hang up. I've given a call more than 100 times. Can you please help get the refund ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||

If refund is not received within seven days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 283,[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
