I had cancelled my tickets from Bangalore to Mumbai for 9/9/2014 (cancellation date 2/9/2014) but I still havent received a refund in spite of several phone calls and emails. I have already sent several mails to the above mentioned address and tried several times to call several times to the accounts dept. There were times when someone spoke in kannada and there were also times when even after repeated calls my call was just picked up and hung up instantly. Noone responds on these numbers. Please do something at your end.
