[Resolved]  KSRTC — Request for refund the difference amount for RajaHamsa Executive which is substituted to Non A/C Sleeper.

I Mallikarjun (Guest user) booked 2 tickets from Bangalore to Kukkesubramanya on 22-Oct-2015 at 11:30PM for Non A/C Sleeper price and booking details as attached. I have requested for refund the difference amount for RajaHamsa Executive which is substituted to Non A/C Sleeper on 22-Oct-2015 11:30 trip. I have communicated the about refund and they replied as "Same class of service operated on that day, as per information given by DM Puttur." and not interested to refund the balance amount. J[protected] Rs.3973 (after discount) - 6 Seats J[protected] Rs.2649 (after discount) - 4 Seats Total Amount - 6622 for total 10 seats. Receive SMS while boarding for RajaHamsa Executive which is substitute bus for Non A/C Sleeper as follows: PNR: J53307187 Trip Code: 2302BNGPTR Bus Number: KA19- F2270 (Contact person Annappa - Mob - [protected]) The above bus is replaced by you (KSRTC) to RajaHamsa Executive. Contact person from KSRTC who has called me about the replacement is ([protected]) and told KSRTC arranged RajaHamsa Executive. RajaHamsa Executive Price on 22-Oct-2015 is as follows: (Price x No.Seats) 525 x 10 = 5250 Therefore, Rs.6622 - Rs.5250 = Rs.1372 (Which is the difference amount should be payable by KSRTC) Kindly refund and credit to my account Rs. 1372 (One thousand three hundred seventy two) and do the needful.
