[Resolved]  KSRTC — request for transaction

Hi sir/madam Good Morning. I am saidhanalakshmi.my ticket was not booked(OB14456698, OB[protected] .As u told earlier with in seven working days money was credited. I am waiting for seven working days till now money will not credited . I messaged to online refund but they are not replied to my mail and even I called them they are not pic my call. sir/madam as I request u money will credited to my account as soon as possible.

Sir / Madam, Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount. If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID. Hi sirgood morning
I am saidhanalakshmi. last week[protected] I did one online
transaction in ksrtc.co.in. I boooked the tickets from hydreabad to
banglore(2 adults). I login as a guest. I gave my atm pin num, it
keep on processsing I didnt get any mail regarding that transaction.
my money was debited sir(1944rupees). i am waiting 7 working days
is also over.stillmy money is not credited.
kindly reply me as soon as possible.
