[Resolved] KSRTC — seat was not confirmed but amount deducted | |||
Hi Team, I have reserved the seat through online and amount has been debited from my account twice but I have not received either an auto generated mail from ksrtc nor confirmation message from ksrtc. If I check now it is showing unreserved seat. Please check and refund the amount.
