[Resolved] KSRTC — Ticket issued from different destination and not given the proper ticket charges | |||
Hi, I happened to travel from Vellankanni to Bangalore on 8th March 2015 (Sunday) in Rajahamsa executive - KSRTC. Initially the conductor told there are 2 seats in the last second row. So me and my brother took the seat and he informed that the ticket fare is Rs.550 per head. I gave Rs.1100 for both o[censored]s. The conductor told that he would give the ticket later. The bus boarded at 7pm. However, he never gave the ticket for 3hrs. Later in Tanjore he told gave the ticket for Rs.886 and told us if any one asks say that we got in tanjore. This is a pathetic service from KSRTC. Rs.214 has gone to the conductor's pocket. There are several incidents we have come across like this but KSRTC never takes any action on the conductors. Firstly you people charge so much and keep increasing the ticket rates every now and then and we face worse situations along with that.
