[Resolved]  KSRTC — Ticket not confirmed but amount deducted

I was booking ticket from Bangalore to Sagar for 16th April 2014. Booking was tried on 10th April 2014. The ticket was not booked but the amount of Rs.596 was deducted from my account. I had tried booking it in mobile so i have not received my OB reference number. I have sent the e mail to the correspondant. I have not got any replies yet. How can I proceed with this ?
