Hi Sir, On 19/12/2014 i tried to book ticket from Bangalore to Vijayawada. but, I got the failure notice on the process of ticket booking but amount is debited my card account. Transaction details Ticket Ref No. OB14091962, Date : 19/12/2014, Journey : Bangalore to Vijayawada, Amount : 1922.00, Mobile No : [protected]. I had requested twice to 'onlinerefund' but did not received any response and money is not credited.Kindly refund the money to my card account. Was this information helpful? | |||

Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
