I made a big mistake of giving my Honda dio scooter to KTC Honda at Kalpetta in Wayana after an accident. Its happened in last October . I gave the money what they asked but till today they didnt complete its work. And they also cheat me by ask extra money around 3000 rs/ . I paid d money before i come to know about it. The peoples are working there doesnt know the basics of customer care. They are always behind the new customers. Was this information helpful? |
