I have been purchased a new activa 125 disc from your Koyilandy branch and I received the vehicle with paint issue at the back side. I reported the same time the manager and he promised me that issue he can sort it out the following day. It’s been almost one week now and everyday he was giving a excuses such a holiday, late to take the vehicle to deliver same day, or some one died in service center etc…finally he took the vehicle today (31.01.2023) morning at 10 o clock. As he promised he can deliver same day I called him afternoon, but unfortunately he is saying he cannot deliver today only tomorrow. I never expected this type of service from your side and make me totally disappointed.

    Sir, I made a big mistake of giving my Honda dio scooter to KTC Honda at Kalpetta in Wayana after an accident. Its happened in last October . I gave the money what they asked but till today they didnt complete its work. And they also cheat me by ask extra money around 3000 rs/ . I paid d money before i come to know about it. The peoples are working there doesnt know the basics of customer care. They are always behind the new customers....

    Sir,
    I made a big mistake of giving my Honda Activa scooter to KTC Honda on[protected] for a paid service becouse my vehicle has some sound due to faulty clutch baring I went to the service centre by about 8 AM and there were a number of people who also waiting for the security to come.After a long waiting I was allotted a token and by 10 AM my vehcile was checked by the so called adviser and he give me an acknowledgement and asked me to come on 29-9-11 to take delivery of vehicle.On 29-9 I tried many times through phone to know whether the vehicle is ready no one is taking the phone. I finally reached the service centre and they said vehicle is ready but the clutch baring and break shoe are not changed since they were not available. I contacted the shoroom manager and finally he advised me to contact spare parts manager.He managed to issue me a clutch baring. With that I contacted the service manager and he siad they shall change the baring and give the vehicle on next day[protected] On 30-9-11 I tried to contact the adviser, service manager and the service centre land line and no one care to take the phone (is the consumer King?? At least for KTC they are beggers).
    Next day[protected] I started trying to contact any one of the service personnel but failed. By about 3-30 PM I got a call from an adviser of service centre and he straight away asked me wheher the key of the vehicle is available with me. I told I lodged the same to the adviser on 26-9-11 Then he informed me that my vehcile is not ready and it will take a few days to reapir. I reached the service centre by evening and meet the service manager ( is he really a service manager i dont know) he said my vehicle is not ready and i will get it after a few days. Again i met the show room manager and asked him to give back my vehcile with out service. He was busy with his compter and not even mind a customer sitting in his front. After a hue and cry the service manager informed me that my vehcile key is missing and they need to locate the same.By 3-10 I wiil get the vehicle.
    He promised me to contact me as and when the vehicle is ready. On 3-10 no calls from the KTC and i tried to contact them but failed. Finally i tried to reach the service centre and they said my vehcile is ready and after payment I got a key set On varification i found that it was a NEW DUPLICATE key arranged by the service centre But the key was only for the vehicle but the front box key was missing. Again I approched each and every one of them and they said they shall arrage the key of the front box Finally my vehicles box lock opened with some tools and they replaced the same with a new(old) lock and I a key of the same was handed over to me by about 8 PM yesterday.
    Even after my repeated enquiry they dont have the courtsey to tell me a sorry for the loss of my original key or even they admit that such a mistake had happend.
    It is my humble advise to all ACTIVA customers that never go to KTC for service It is horrible and they dont konw the ABCD of customer relations

    ktc service is performing the worst service.they know nothing about bike service, The customer manager is worthless, he does nothing inspite of repeated complaints from customers.They never ever deliver 2 wheelers in time after service,

      Please do the favour for me that i have booked a bike (UNICORN) before 7months and there is no response from this company.While asking they are saying the stock is not available and can deliver only after a few months later.Please do the needful and take action against this company.
