ktl,chunniganj, kanpur — bills aren't issued ever.

After service bills are never issued. Only a rough handwritten bill is provided. On asking for complain lodging details, managers(Mr. Tarun kumar) behave rudely saying " hum aapko nhi dengedenge, aap apne kaam se kaam rakhiye". I doubt if thats the way to deal with customers or is that the way ktl asks their staff to deal customers. No professional behavior.Highly demeaning for the company and customers as well.
