After service bills are never issued. Only a rough handwritten bill is provided. On asking for complain lodging details, managers(Mr. Tarun kumar) behave rudely saying " hum aapko nhi dengedenge, aap apne kaam se kaam rakhiye". I doubt if thats the way to deal with customers or is that the way ktl asks their staff to deal customers. No professional behavior.Highly demeaning for the company and customers as well....

refund of u.p.s.g.e. money as per they was saying at the time of purchase...
dear sir,
i purchase a TVS scooty[streak] on 07 oct.,09 .i m u.p.g.s.e. so on that time i was not keep my id proof o[censored].p.g.s.e.So they said me that when i show my id proof they will refund my 1000 RS. [which was for scheme for u.p.s.g.e.]...but i am going there again and again...
but i am not get my money yet...so i m complainting of ktl,chunniganj,kanpur.
