We had our house goods shipped via kuber movers and packers from Mumbai to bangalore and when our goods arrived in bangalore on 27th aug every single thing was either broken, damaged or soiled. From the look of the cartoons it was evident that they are very poor warehousing facility. Every piece of furniture we owned is damaged and unusable: bed, dining table, centre table, side tables, painting, our expensive statues, kitchen utensils etc. We have been following up with the kuber team since 27th aug and they have been telling us that we will recieve the insurance money for the damages caused( we paid additional 5k for insurance) but we haven't recieved anything yet. We call the team twice everyday since 27th aug but they keep dodging our calls and finally today they have threatened us saying we can do watever we like but they won't give us the insurance money for the damages. They are extremely unprofessional and are out there to just make customers lives miserable. Extremely threatening and have no manners.they speak like they are doing us a favour by answering our calls. Sharma( mobile number [protected]) is an absolute Rowdy and has no sense of language. The others(mobile numbers [protected] and [protected]) keep dodging our calls- this just goes on to show the professionalism with which they operate.
From my interaction with the I have learnt that every single good review in favour of kuber is written by thier own team. They offer the most pathetic service and are not even apologetic about it. If you are keen on damaging all your goods and take on the headache of dealing with an extremely unprofessional team ONLY then book your shipment with Kuber. In my opinion no discounts they offer is not worth the stress they give us coz at the end of it you would have to refurnish your entire house newly.
