I approached kuber movers and packers for helping me with my relocation from delhi to bangalore on 30th june 2017. I was fairly impressed by the kind reviews on online forums and in retrospect, i feel all of it is a sham. Kuber's rep deepak came over to my place. He was on his best behaviour during his initial interactions and finally we negotiated on a price which was 7-8 k rupees greater than the other quotes i had in hand. I decided on them only because of their credibility and i decided to foot the extra money. While the packing was done on time and in a decent manner, it has been a very frustrating experience from then on. I was promised that i would receive my package in 6-7 days. After countless calls and follow ups, they finally delivered my goods 12 days after it was sent from delhi. During these 12 days, deepak would rarely pick my calls and would keep lying about the timelines by assuring that the goods were about to reach bangalore and that it would be delivered the next day. He repeated this for 5-6 days before the goods were finally delivered. And when the goods were delivered, we found that two of our items were damaged - our washing machine and our bed. Another three items have not been delivered yet (A full 21 days after the goods were packed and sent from delhi). They just keep shifting the reposnibility to one another. Deepak asks to check with the bangalore counterpart shailesh and shailesh does the same. Even now, kuber representatives are not giving me an exact timeline for delivering the remaining goods nor are they sharing any information regarding the insurance process for the damage. My aged father and i have been running from pillar to post to follow up with these guys and pleading with them for our own goods. While i continue to fight with these guys, i really regret my decision to opt for kuber over the other movers and packers.

In summary, never opt for kuber and waste your money, time and your mental peace. Over and above the money paid to kuber, i also incurred a loss of ~20k staying in a hotel since they delayed the delivery by 6-7 days. Avoid them at all costs.
