I Recently shifted house from Hyderabad to vijayawada I faced a worst experience.Firstly there person came to my house and explained about package that includes lodging, unloading, Transportation, Insurance etc .I have informed them no need of insurance, Firstly they agreed by saying that it was safety bla..bla... On shifting day they packed every thing and they loaded into van and then they told me to pay insurance compulsory, Then I have argued with them I don't ask even if any broken happens they didn't listen they and started blackmailing me that they will take the goods van to there godown I felt ashame that I have chosen wrost packers, Finally I paid the insurance they didnt even given me any document regarding the insurance copy they straight away kept that amount into there pocket. Furniture was missing, some damaged items, suitcases were badly squeezed and badly stinking. Mattresses had cuts.
