I availed kuber services on 22nd November 2015 for intra-city movement in Pune. There service is terrible.
1. To start with they were supossed to reach my place at 12 pm, but actually reached at 3 pm.
2.While packing, many things like papers, documents smaller stuffs were either thrown away like garbage or left out. They wrapped a few things, kept aside and never packed them. Luckily i revisited my place and collected all thown-away and left out items. Many things were not even wrapped properly and were broken or bruised.
3. Also while packing items they informed that Kitchen items will not be unpacked and arranged at destination.
4. On arrival, only thing they arranged was - putting the almiras at correct rooms, and setting up a single bed. Neither did they arranged any item nor did they opened any packed boxes, as they had to go another place for packing.
5. When asked for Bill - they never provided any copy of that either.
6. Above all the workers had the audacity to ask for extra 600 RS other than the quoted amount for moving item.

This is the Worst Movers and Packers company ever. Distance of movement was not even 10 KMs and so many items were bruised, neither were they unpacked. In fact the Pincode is also same.
