Kubera Motors — Worst service centre for tvs 2 wheeler

Address:560102
Website:www.kuberamotors.com

Please do not take your TVS vehicles to Kubera Motors if you want to continue using them.

We have been using TVS products for more than 15+ years and had no complaints until we serviced our 2 wheeler, my TVS Apache 150 (2006 Dec Model) and my wife's TVS Wego (2014 Dec Model) at Kubera Motors in HSR Layout. The behaviour of the service staff the worst and also their service expertise, worst every i think. First instance was when we got TVS Wego serviced here, they forced my wife to get the clutch overhauling done at just 10, 000 Kms (which has to be done at 30, 000 kms). When we got back the vehicle from service the horn button wasn't working properly, the kicker was not working at all and the brakes setting was bad. We had to take it back and get it done. When asked why this happened the service advisor says he is not god to do it correctly or see through the vehicle how it happened.

The second instance happened when I gave my TVS Apache 150 for service + other things like replacement of clutch wire (as it was cut off), indicators were had intermittent problem (maybe because of wiring), and to replace the headlights (as it wasn't working). Service adviser suggested front fork overhaul, engine overhaul, clutch overhaul as addition and I agreed to it as it has run 64000+ Kms. I got a call the next saying the clutch plates are gone as they were not engaging and I told them that it was working before the clutch cable was cutoff so the service adviser says we didn't check the vehicle when they took it in for service (indicating that i was lying). I thought something might have happened when the cable was cutoff so agreed for replacement. When I got back the vehicle, the had charged me for both clutch overhauling and replacement with new clutch parts, when asked about it, the service adviser says removing of old clutch is overhauling :-/ and along with overcharging stunt there were other things that weren't working; fuel indicator stopped working and the KM counters weren't working. When questioned about it he says he has not touched it and that I might have given the vehicle to service with these things as faulty. Even after the service, the indicators aren't working properly, the accelerator cable gets stuck (dangerous), the head lights weren't replaced. The service adviser refused to rectify any of the above issues when I took it back to them.

Please do not take your TVS vehicles to Kubera Motors if you want to continue using them. Because of Kubera Motors, people are getting bad image about TVS Motor.

Dear Mr. Kaundinya,
It is very unfortunate that your service centre is not being transparent in their dealings with you. Some of the service centres have revenue targets for their service engineers that they go out of the way to sell unnecessary service by capitalising on the lack of complete and trust of the customer. Please always refer to the manufacturer’s service handbook for milestone service recommendations. An authorised service centre dealing unfairly with customers inevitably brings disrepute to the brand. We feel that you should give your feedback to TVS Motors so that they will hopefully take corrective action. In the event that you might need assistance in taking up any of your grievances as a consumer, we would welcome you to call us at[protected]. We would be happy to assist you with the matter.
