I am lodging this complaint against Kühl Fans (a brand of Kent RO Systems Ltd.) regarding their severe deficiency in customer service, breach of product warranty, and complete negligence toward a customer.
I bought a Kühl Prima A2 ceiling fan, which completely stopped working on May 31, 2026. I registered an official service complaint with their customer support immediately, and my Case ID was[protected] on may 31 2026 which they closed and created a new case Id is[protected] on 18 may 2026
It has now been nearly a month, and the company has completely failed to provide a resolution. Every week, I am given a different excuse. Their team keeps telling me that the matter is "pending approval for a replacement, " but no one is taking ownership to finalize and dispatch the unit. I have been given endless false promises week after week while being forced to survive without an essential appliance like a ceiling fan during peak summer.
This level of delay is nothing short of mental harassment. The company gladly accepts premium prices for their "smart fans" but leaves consumers entirely stranded when their hardware fails under warranty.
I demand that Kühl Fans immediately approve and dispatch my replacement unit without any further bureaucratic delays. If this is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be taking this matter to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum via the e-Daakhil portal to claim compensation for harassment.
