I have booked two fans and paid rs.2882/- on 21.06.2026 but till date the fans have not been replaced
received no of calls from Mr. Mandal # [protected] & Vishnu [protected] that they will come but no body turned up.
I feel i have lost the money deposited please look in the matter and call me...

I am lodging this complaint against Kühl Fans (a brand of Kent RO Systems Ltd.) regarding their severe deficiency in customer service, breach of product warranty, and complete negligence toward a customer.
