Kulithalai — My complaint( ID: 2805249] not answered

I have lodged a complaint in ID: 2805249, so far the complaint not rectified and in this connection i sent a mail as requested by the salem fort Indian bank branch but so far not answered. if this is remain so why you unnecessarily opened a web page regarding consumer complaint and inviting complaints. I think no complaint has been restored so far. this is ridicules.
