I went to see a flat in mumbai on rent and contact dealer m/s jain realtor has his patner names was mohit shah and his number was [protected]. he has shown me flat and conformed about rent and commission. He said that commission to be paid in advance i agreed but i told hime that the deal will be done in presence of there partners, but he denied saying that partner is out of station and will back in 10 days and if you want flat than ok, else i will try to negotitate with some one else. as i liked the flat very much so i paid him advance and commisssion to the tune of rs. 1.25 lakhs, but now he is least borther to pickup my phone and send us reply that he doesn't know me at all.
