[Resolved] Kumari Builders & Developers — no flat handover after booking 3 year and no refund | |||
Hi, I have complain with kritika builder. I have paid 1, 30000/- to pawan tiwari in 2015 for booking flat in prabhav township near vidya vikasani school vasai. Now flat developed by manoj upadhyaya. When i visit on site and ask for flat manoj told "i don't know pawan tiwari this is my site and don't have any booking from you please contact pawan. Almost 3 year done but i still struggling for refund there is know way to find out pawan tiwari even i did complaint in nalasopara police chauki but no response till now. I am totally helpless and lost big money. Plz let me know how to get money back and how can we make case against pawan tiwari to give punishment.
