Kundalsilk — I am complaining about delivering wrong & duplicate saree product

I have ordered a litchi silk saree from your site. Product code is KDLSLK701. In the product description it is shown that product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lightning sources or your monitor settings. But the color of the actual saree and the material of the saree I have received is too much different from the photo. Material mentioned in the description is litchi silk but the actual material of saree received is nit litchi silk. It really looks like duplicate saree product. I am very much disappointed with the product. So please I am requesting you to refund. And I have placed the order on 20th june 2021 but on the parcel I have received order date is 21st june 2021. I am attaching the the photo of saree from your website and the actual saree I have received and the photo of courier I have received .
Kindly request you to refund the money.

I booked litich silk Saree what taken pics but in courier totally different it's cotton Saree it's worth 300 rs below only what it's design, colour, totally sarees changed in online one type of Saree u r keeping but in delivery sarees is changing order and return time waste for u and to us also please take u r Saree and return our money please Saree thread also not open because first seeing that Saree full disappointed so did not open also my phone number [protected] please call me and take u r product as soon as possible please see how much difference is there
