Sir, this is sabana sabnam, completed b, ed from saraswati college of education, hisar, haryana under kurukshetra university session july -2013. My dmc no is:130339, roll no:0400626, reg. No:12eswh80. I have contact to the university since last 3 years for my b, ed final degree certificate. The authority of the b, ed section of the university search and find that it is not printed yet. The b, ed final degree certificate is very urgent for me. Last year i had admission to commerce department in K.U. and paid my whole course fees but due to my family problem i do not countinue the course before last date i have submitted the fees refund application but theire is almost 1 year and 2 months expire but their is no refund of my fees..
