Transaction declined. Need refund

I hope you are doing well. I was filling an admission form on kuk.ac for BCA for of sister on 8th of june 2023 . During this process the transaction declined twice and the total sum of Rs 1000( 500 each) was deducted through my bank account i.e. HDFC via net banking. i have done my payment of revolution form, but it is still show pending in my application form

Plz help me. I have made payment to kurukshetra university for reevalution form. For one subject 500 per subject through net banking.

From net banking side it is successfull, but the fee status at kuk website it is showing transaction is pending.

I have crosschecked from account (Ku website payment gateway)

revaluation result new marks empty

Sir, i am a student of btech (6th semester roll no. 6914128). I applied for revaluation (Rechecking) for transportation engineering 1. Since the revaluation result has declared, but it is stil showing my old marks and 'new mark' column is still blank. Seven days has passed to the result but this problem is remaining same. If the result will remain empty i have to give the exam again. So, please please sir solve my problem......
