Kurukshetra University — Fee refund haven't received

I have taken admission in course BSC ANIMATION AND GRAPHICS DESIGN in your reputed university under the IMC & MT department on 12/07/2023 i pay 28698 rupees, 60% of the total fee of 1st year . but due to personal reason i want cancel my admission and want back my fee after deduction procedure as per UGC rules. so, on 17/07/2023 i reached the university campus and follow fee refund procedure, i fill fee refund form and add my document with application i submit my fee refund application before the last date of admission so as per rule o[censored]GC you only deduct 10% of payable amount. and then i submit it into clerk office in new building. they are ensure me that your fee will be refunded within one and half month but till now fee has not refunded, 3 month has been completed.
my financial condition is becoming critical day by day .this is my humble
request to university administration please full fill my request .
